- My picture takes ages to load up ... but it gets there eventually
- the bottleneck will almost certainly be your network connection. Roll on broadband.
- I've uploaded a gif and the red line seems to overwrite part of it
- this is probably a gif with a transparent background. Things don't work so well with such pictures, and I can't do much about it at the moment. If you use a paint package to replace the transparent background with a white (or some other coloured) one, it should work ok.
- When I drag the line on the picture it flashes, with a black background
- I don't know why this happens - something to do with the java graphics manager maybe. Sometimes reloading the picture makes it go away, sometimes not.
- When I upload a second picture I'm getting (part of) the first one instead.
- your browser must be caching the data from the first picture and using that instead of the new data. I don't know why, as I'm telling it not to. Sometimes if you try loading the second picture again the browser gets the message. Otherwise, the workaround is to restart your browser, and thus start a new session, before loading the second picture.
- Instead of a picture I'm just getting a completely blank area
- probably you have session cookies turned off. If you turn them on it ought to work.
